Barrier Sheath Cleanser 250ml is a safe and natural formula for softening and loosening hard and sharp smegma. Barrier Sheath Cleanser is made from very mild vegetable suractants and purest lanolin. It is the lanolin which naturally softens and loosens hard and sharp smegma, which can build up inside the sheath, while the vegetable surfactants clean away any debris without removing natural bacteria. How to apply: gently clean the sheath and regular intervals. Sheath cleanser is non-toxic and non-irritant, but take extreme care when cleaning inside the sheath, as the smegma can be razor sharp and easily graze the thin membrane allowing infection to set in.
